One of the most common questions I get from my clients is, “What is the one thing that I can do to improve my dating life?” And my answer to that question is always same. “Talk to more women and meet more women.” Sadly, it took me almost 25 years to figure this out.
Let’s be honest here guys. If you look at the big picture of dating process, it’s all about salesmanship and statistics. The equation is very simple:
Let’s say, for an argument, you talk to 100 women. Out of those100 women, 70 will continue conversation with you. Out of those 70 women, 40 will give you their number. When you call those 40, 20 will return your call. I mean let’s be honest. Girls will Flake. Out that 20, you will actually go on dates with maybe 10. And out of 10, you might have sex with 5.
So very much like a sales process. In order for you to make more sales (i.e. have sex), you have to make more sales calls. Placing your bets on just one girl is a poor strategy. Sure, there is a chance that it might payoff, but the probability that can lead to sex is extremely low.
Other than making more sales calls, there are two minor things that you can do to close more deals:
1. Know what you end goal is and screen potentials carefully in the beginning.
First and foremost, you have to figure out what you want. Have a goal in mind when you go out every time, that might be one night stand, phone number for dates, make outs, friendly conversations, future girl friend/wife, or whatever that might be. Once you’ve figured out what you want, start screening girls based on that.
2. Refine the closing process.
You have to figure out what works for you and what doesn’t. You have to figure out what your process is then fix the things you can while discarding the things that doesn’t work. Hey, there are so many variables that we can’t account for or control. We have to focus on what we can and those variables about us.
